The text of these terms and conditions is an integral part of the contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the buyer/client is deemed to have read and accepted all clauses.
You have a trial period of 30 days. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in an undamaged state. If this condition is met, you will be reimbursed the purchase price.
To be valid, any complaint must be sent in writing to Airwatec, Rue Haute 104 D, 4700 Eupen, within 8 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Unless otherwise agreed, our prices may vary based on increases in our purchase prices, the consumer price index (social and fiscal charges), and any other objectively assessable event (national or global economic crisis, etc.).
Our invoices are payable to our indicated accounts within the agreed deadline, without any discount or rebate.

- For the first half of 2025, the legal interest rate for late payment in commercial transactions is 11.5%.
- For the year 2025, the general legal interest rate is 4.5%.
In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Verviers or Eupen, at our discretion, shall have jurisdiction.
